Terms of sale
Payment
must be received within 2 days. Please allow up to 7 work days for item
to be
processed after payment is received and before item is shipped. All
items are inspected
prior to leaving our facility. Buyer pays all shipping even on returns.
Shipping rates include handling, processing and administrative costs.
Please do
not ask for combined shipping after you have bid. Shipping costs and
final
price are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you do not agree with
our
shipping and handling rates, please do not bid. If you need a specific
model number please confirm with us before bidding because due to
supply
variations models or specifications may change from time to time.
Please
contact us with any questions before you bid. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE
BUYER TO RESEARCH AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE BIDDING ON. A credit may be
issued if
comparable replacement product is not available for D.O.A. 20%
restocking fee
for items returned that are non-DOA at our discretion. No returns made
for
incompatibility issues nor are incompatible products with your
equipment
considered D.O.A. Void if over clocked or physically damaged. All sales
are
final and no refunds, credits or exchange for different product. Not
responsible for lost or damaged packages, please purchase shipping
insurance. RMA #
is
required prior to returning merchandise. All packaging including
packing slips
must be returned or we will not process RMA. All product serial numbers
are
recorded prior to shipment and must match returned any item returned by
the
customer that is functional may be subject to a $20 fee to cover the
testing,
shipping and handling that must be paid for before item is shipped
back. We are
not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged,
please insure
and use tracking. All short shipments, damaged items and D.O.A.
products must
be reported within 5 days of receipt. Pictures displayed my be stock or
similar
photos and may not be of the exacted item you receive. Not
responsible for typos or errors. Feedback is left for customers only
after they
have submitted feedback for us. In the event that there is a problem
with your
order or product, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve
the
issue before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We reserve the right
to
cancel bids by users with recent or excessive negative feedback.
Foreign buyers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.
